Podcast Booking status: OPEN!
Product Led Growth Leaders is a podcast exploring how product teams are building, improving, and evolving their products in real-world conditions.
Hosted by Thomas Watkins, the show focuses on the journey from a product that works to one that truly connects with users — and what that looks like in practice.
Each episode is a conversation with product and design leaders about how they think, what they’re learning, and how they’re approaching growth through their product experience.
Who tends to be a great fit for the show:
– Founders and product leaders working on live digital products
– Teams thinking seriously about growth, adoption, and user experience
– People who enjoy reflecting on how their product is evolving over time
– Those open to sharing both what’s working and what they’re still figuring out
The most interesting conversations usually come from teams who are actively building and learning as they go.
What we explore in the conversation:
– How your product has evolved over time
– Where things are working well today
– Where there’s still room to improve or refine
– How you think about onboarding, adoption, and growth
– What you’re learning as you build and scale
It’s a thoughtful, conversational format — not scripted, and not a “perfect story” interview.

A few quick tips to help you look and sound great
VIDEO:
We’ll be recording over Zoom with video on. We may use short clips (30–60 seconds) from the conversation to help promote you and the episode.
If possible:
– Sit somewhere with good lighting (natural light works great)
– Position the camera at eye level
– Choose a quiet, distraction-free space
No need for anything fancy — simple and clear works best.

AUDIO:
Good audio makes a big difference.
If you have access to an external microphone, that’s ideal.
If not, using headphones with a built-in mic is usually a solid backup.
Built-in laptop microphones can work, but they sometimes pick up echo or background noise — so if you’re unsure, feel free to check with me ahead of time.
